Acceptable Stay with Check-in Issues
complicated process standardized emails
The location was great for walking downtown.
The check-in process was complicated. I spent quite some time attempting to complete it online before arrival. I received numerous standardized emails, but I did not get actual assistance (I am still unsure why it was so difficult).

excellent location and clean rooms
excellent location luggage storage
the location was excellent , allowing easy access to many key areas. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the convenience of having lockers available for luggage storage after checkout. it greatly simplified my travel arrangements on my departure day.
the online check-in process proved unnecessarily complicated. i spent a considerable amount of time trying to complete it prior to arrival, quite frustrating and time-consuming.

Free lockers were available for storing luggage after check-out. I found this amenity particularly useful for managing my belongings safely. it allowed me to explore the area without the burden of carrying bags.
