Wonderful stay with EXCELLENT service

Raul greeted me upon arrival. He handled my check-in process. He is a true gem. I rarely have been greeted by such helpful personnel at a hotel. Raul provided all the information I needed both for my convenience in the hotel and regarding sightseeing in my free time. The room was quite comfortable and as advertised.

Housekeeping did not replace used towels . They folded them and placed them back. Reception asked me multiple times if I had paid for my stay. I had prepaid before arrival so this was unnecessary

Breakfast included a continental option with sufficient choices. They also provided a little cake for my wife's birthday. It was a nice touch. The breakfast hours are convenient, offering service until 10:30 am on weekdays.

The air conditioning worked well in my room. Staff provided cups and water for each guest, which I found thoughtful. The midday check-out time allows ample time to prepare for departure. The hotel offers quiet and peaceful accommodations.

This hotel is close to metro stops and made it easy to get to the airport. I found it simple to access various attractions around the city. There is a lovely quiet residential neighborhood near the premises. it HAS an authentic local feel.

The reception crew is polite. They were always smiling and cooperative. Staff were so friendly and helpful in a lovely location. Raul provided excellent city guides and explanations. He provided information in excellent english.
