The room was super clean! It included a kettle, tea, and coffee. Plates, bowls, and cutlery were also available in case you wanted to use them. I could leave my bags early and they were placed in my room, I arrived early at 9am.
The bathroom had a strange smell. It seemed like it was coming from the plumbing.

Snacks, fruits, juice, and coffee were available for breakfast. A smeg kettle was a cool appliance that I noticed. Complimentary pastries were available each day in reception. I really appreciated this amenity.

Check-in instructions were super easy to follow and understand. Managers were responsive. They were also friendly. The host. I am really grateful for their kindness and hospitality.

The location was great! It was a 20 min walk from lime street station. Matthew street nightlife area was only 15mins away. The train to Aintree was a quick 5 mins away. The area was quiet.

the self check-in process was so easy i got my key code and was in my room in minutes the room was super clean and had everything i needed tea coffee biscuits even cutlery the bed was super comfy and the decor was modern and stylish i was really impressed
the tv remote didn't work i contacted staff as instructed via whatsapp but never received a response it was a small issue but would have been nice to have it working
