amazing anfield adventure!

I had a seriously great visit. the room was super spacious and included five beds. It was a great surprise! the staff was always on hand. the restaurant downstairs offered tasty food. It was a great spot, especially after a long day. the location couldn't be better, it was an easy walk to the stadium.
there was a minor hiccup with breakfast arrangements one morning, and it caused some confusion.

The hotel provided convenient parking and easy access to the building at all hours. This made arriving and leaving stress-free. i appreciated the included amenities in the room such as a kettle, fan, and clothing rail. These were really useful. free wi-fi access throughout the hotel allowed me to easily stay connected.

Every staff member i encountered provided very good customer service. they were friendly and eager to help with any request i had. the bar staff worked hard and cleared tables. staff constantly. They definitely contributed to a cute atmosphere.

the location suited my trip because it was very close to anfield stadium.
the ROOM was really basic and felt unclean. a SHOWER rail WAS detached from the wall, posing a safety hazard. the supplies were also scarce with too few cups and NO milk provided.

i found the hotel very easy to locate, the parking was convenient. the person at the entrance was kind and provided our parking ticket along with our room keys. the provided room was clean, spacious, and equipped with tea, coffee, and bottled water. i appreciated the thoughtful inclusions.
Confusion arose regarding breakfast timing. Conflicting information from staff led to disappointment. it seemed internal communication regarding this service could improve for consistent service delivery.
