poor soundproofingflat pillowsdim lighting
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. also, the pillows were surprisingly flat (a real letdown). i practically needed to fold them in half just to get a little neck support. the bathroom lighting was dim, almost mood lighting was great. who designs these things anyway?

train accesscomfortable accommodationwalking distance
The location worked great for train access. The accommodation proved comfortable and practical. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see and eat was a plus.
I wish there had been parking instructions in the email. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom could have been helpful.

The location has easy access from the train station and kitchen facilities were great. I think that the kitchen being available is a very nice and convenient feature. The self-check-in process was smooth and fast. You do not need to wait or interact with staff, and this made my arrival easy.
The bathroom shower had a leak to the floor so the area was wet all the time. Before we knew about the leak, some of our clothes fell on the wet floor and we were unable to wear those cloths until those dried. There were lots of stairs and this fact was not clear in the description. The stairs also appear a bit dangerous if you are older because the staircase is semi-spiral.

The location was convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. I sometimes dropped clothes. Onto the wet floor before realizing the issue. It made it difficult to keep belongings dry. the room was smaller than I expected.
