the location proved convenient, as it sits right next to the main railway station and bus terminal. this made accessing transportation very simple, and i appreciated the short walk to the city center. the staff was helpful. the breakfast offered a good start to the day.
The room was a little smaller than i anticipated. It felt slightly cramped. i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture.

its proximity to the railway station offered great connectivity to transport options. it only took a short walk to reach the main tourist areas. this location is prime. the neighborhood felt secure.

The reception staff was generally cordial and ready to assist. check-in was efficient and smooth. I was able to quickly settle. staff resolved a small issue quickly. i appreciated the prompt attention.

The hotel is very close to the train station! it was easy to get there right after my train trip. It was so convenient. the breakfast provided offered many options and was worth the price.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work. the temperature in the room was quite high. i was told the temperature would drop at night! also, there was no safe available. there was also no fridge in the room.

The location proved convenient near the train station. The staff at the front desk were professional. The breakfast had a good selection of items.
The room had minimal amenities such as tea and coffee. The area felt unsafe at night. The tv did not support streaming services.

The hotel stands directly by the train station entrance. A public bus from the airport stops directly outside the hotel, and I found this convenient. There were many convenience stores and places to eat nearby. The city center was only a short walk.
I thought the check-in experience could have been friendlier, as the staff member was not that personable. They could improve.

Some of the staff were super friendly, but some were a bit less warm. Still, all staff members remained polite and professional throughout My stay. I greatly value consistent professionalism.

I appreciated the dairy-free yogurt provided at breakfast each morning. I have dietary restrictions. The rest of the breakfast was a standard buffet that included considerable choices. I found it fairly adequate.

My room was large, clean, and I thought, quite comfortable for a shorter stay. The bathroom was also large and very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it was very refreshing.
