The staff were helpful. They addressed my queries promptly. the location is convenient. It's close to the bus stop. we appreciated the accessibility of transportation.
the furniture around the pool looked unclean, i saw bottles floating in the smaller pool. some guests were loud at night. this made it difficult to sleep well. the overall condition was not great.

i found the pool area inviting. there were always plenty of sun loungers available! the snack bar provided delicious refreshments throughout the day. it certainly elevated the experience, offering both convenience and good treats!
the soundproofing wasn't the best, i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but thankfully it wasn't too disruptive.

I was charmed by the cleanliness. It was super clean everywhere, a lovely surprise! the poolside facilities were also a highlight. i found the location rather tranquil, just a short walk to the seafront. i especially enjoyed the two pools. There were always loungers available.
the furniture was slightly worn, but it didn't detract too much from the overall experience.

The staff were amazingly helpful and polite, really making my stay enjoyable and stress-free. isa, the bartender, food cook and server, was particularly lovely. She was always friendly and helpful, which i appreciated very much.

The apartment was quite spacious and provided essential facilities. The pool area was lovely. The bar area was super clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, I found them very helpful. Maid service ensured the rooms were clean.
