the facilities in the apartment met expectations. most days, i found parking outside.
I was informed on arrival that the bar and restaurant opened daily, but it only opened once until closing time . i previously stayed here during building works. I contacted the hotel in september, i was told the works would be finished. they were still ongoing.

really good staffdaily cleaningexcellent communicationdelicious breakfast
i found the staff to be really good they were careful and kind. cleaning was done every day and towels were changed regularly. communication was excellent as they checked via whatsapp if we needed anything. breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices. the pool area was big with many sun loungers and the pool was suitable for adults and kids.
the apartment was showing its age a bit it could benefit from some updates.

my room was clean and smelled pleasant upon arrival. the apartment included cutleries and even a bath mat. a safe was located in the wardrobe for securing personal items.

Acceptable Location, but Issues with Cleanliness

The location was good, close to the beach and restaurants.
The cleanliness was a significant issue. There was hair everywhere and dirt on the furniture. The TV remote was dirty. I needed to use a plastic bag to handle it. Hot water was insufficient for a family. It ran out quickly during showers.

Fantastic Stay, GREAT staff!

I arrived late on May 20th. Daniela and Javier immediately sorted out the few issues I encountered. I stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. The complex is really quiet. This is great. The room attendants kept everything very clean. Freddie, the maintenance guy, is a gem. I speak a little Spanish, though common decency helped to was good.
THE sunbeds situation could be improved. There are only four parasols. The parasols don't function very well.

The staff was really helpful and polite. They even sorted my return taxi. Every staff member was cute and informative. They was superb. I really appreciated this service.

The hotel features a great location close to everything. A short, five minute walk takes you to the main square where bars can be found. It is just a short walk to the beach and shops.

The pool was a cool temperate, GREAT to cool off in July. There is a pool bar. It creates a nice, relaxed environment. Breakfast can be ordered from a menu that includes English options.
