the staff were helpful (i liked their positive attitude). there were many pool activities daily. the heated pool was great, especially in february.
the food was nice but often cold, i think. the times for meals were not long enough. breakfast and dinner started too late for my liking.

the location was peaceful, and i adored it. the staff exuded friendliness and offered assistance whenever needed. the water park was excellent, and i relished every moment spent there.
i noticed very slight wear in some areas.

the hotel includes several pools with ample sun loungers, which i found very convenient. i also saw an on-site gym equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. these facilities are well kept, and available .

The bungalow was very spacious, which I appreciated. It was also equipped with a safe, available for free use. I found the food and drinks to be lovely.
The bedroom could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly upon arrival.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Their good English skills made communication very easy and efficient, which I found valuable. The service was AMAZING!!!

the staff seemed nice enough, i guess. the aqualava water park access was included, acceptable.
My bungalow wasn't very clean. I found someone else's sock under the bed. the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It seemed like sleeping on a board. the food was repetitive and bland. I think i got food poisoning after eating a burger there.
