friendly staffgood sizetired hotel
i booked in at the last minute and the staff were so helpful and friendly it really saved the day the room was also a good size i was very relieved. it was a budget twin room and i had a good sleep.
i think the hotel could use some upgrades it looked a bit tired but i can't complain because i booked late after my other place cancelled.

convenient locationeasy accessshort walk
the location is super convenient to shops! i had easy access to pubs too. places to eat were also close by. the walk to the city centre took about 25 minutes!
the walls seemed quite thin so i could hear some noise from other rooms

The building had a lovely look. My room was a double room kitchenette, and it was fine. The bed offered comfort.
The walls are very thin. I could hear other guests easily. There was a lack of available parking. I only saw about five spaces and they filled quickly..

the staff was helpful and friendly (they were very accommodating). the room was a good size, which suited my needs.
i found the lack of kitchenware in the kitchen to be inconvenient. there were no pots, pans, or utensils available for use.
