fantastic stay!

i found the breakfast included many options. the staff quickly showed me the best route to the airport using public transit. i saved a good amount of time traveling as a result. the hotel location allowed short walks to many places , i found that very convenient.
the street noise was somewhat noticeable.

the beautiful twin room included comfortable beds. it was pretty. the room was spacious , it easily accommodated all my luggage without feeling cramped. i appreciated the cleanliness.

the rooftop pool offered nice city views , it was a relaxing spot. i enjoyed swimming and sunbathing there. the pool area provided ample seating , and i found it well-kept with clean water.

the reception staff members were lovely , friendly and helpful. the 24-hour desk service made check-in and check-out easy. staff offered quick solutions , they provided directions and recommendations for local attractions.

I found the location super convenient, just a short walk to both the bts and mrt stations. the rooftop pool was a great bonus and looked awesome at night! housekeeping was also very good. They always kept my room super clean.
I noticed there were only three hangers for clothes. Some kind of shelving or cabinet would be super useful.

the location was acceptable for getting around the city
the staff seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence at check in i overheard a disagreement between staff members one evening near the lobby it created an unprofessional atmosphere and made me uncomfortable also the room lacked sufficient storage space making it difficult to keep organized

I faced some issues. The breakfast was mediocre. There were only four types of dishes with variations of eggs, sausages, potatoes and beans. It was only lukewarm. The toast and marmalade were also underwhelming!
