the room felt quite hot, and it was difficult to sleep even with a fan in use. the doors in the hallways were heavy and difficult to manage with a pram, requiring me to open two doors simultaneously. these small problems mattered a lot to my family.

the food tasted alright, so there is that.
I found the lack of heating at night really strange. It was very cold in the room. it felt especially bad considering i was staying in a triple room. i think they should really look into that if they expect people to return, especially during the colder months.

the tv situation was a farce it didn't work properly and i'm pretty sure the remote was from another dimension the bar prices was like highway robbery with a pint costing more than a small car. the promised 'shuttle' to the city was as reliable as a chocolate teapot avoid if you value your sanity and your wallet

the staff members were friendly. the breakfast had a good variety of options. the hotel had a good location. (i also liked the big bath towels).
the room did not have air conditioning or a fan. it got over 25 degrees, so i could not sleep well. dinner stopped at 9, and after that only sandwiches were available. the sandwiches were disappointing.

The staff seemed friendly, and I had a spacious room. There was a coffee machine.
The bathroom door was not able to stay closed. I saw what seemed like long term water damage. Paint was blistering at the bottom of the door, and this disappointed me.
