the location near the train station offered convenient travel access. i found the staff helpful with directions and local information. the room, though compact, included necessary amenities. the tap water was drinkable, which i appreciated.
the room size was quite small. it felt cramped with luggage, leaving little room to move. this made longer stays less comfortable, and organizing belongings was challenging.

I found the staff very helpful, they assisted with luggage forwarding. the hotel was very clean. I saw cleaning every day. the location is great for using as a base. It is easy to access shibuya, ueno, ginza, akihabara and asakusa.
The room was very small. There wasn't much space to open a suitcase.

The hotel is close to sensoji temple and sumida park. the tourist information centre is nearby. Convenience stores and many restaurants are also around. asakusa station is a short walk, approximately three minutes.

I loved the hotel's proximity to the transportation system! It's also near a very popular tourist shopping area, so it was super convenient. The staff handled our transfers to the next hotel very well! They even helped us translate and order Domino's pizza late at night, so kind. The room had great amenities too. I found two different pillows provided. That was very convenient!
The HVAC is centrally controlled. I could only turn it on or off. I wish I had more temperature control in the room.

The front desk staff were very kind and eager to assist with requests. The staff managed luggage storage efficiently using a QR code system. They were able to call a taxi for me upon request and that was useful!

the room was really too small, i was not expecting it to be that compact. there was not space to move, just a few square feet of spare floor space.

the hotel is accessible, clean and safe. the service was efficient. the kitchen staff and the breakfast impressed me, especially the yummy breakfast. the staff even prepared take away breakfast for our early departure, very considerate.
The room's temperature was centrally controlled. I was unable to adjust it myself! this was slightly inconvenient! but i understand the building-wide system.
