the room was very clean (i noticed no dust anywhere). the location was good for reaching the town centre. i liked the easy access to the beaches too.
the room i stayed in felt small. also, the furnishings were not as good as i expected. the provision of tea and coffee was disappointing (the coffee tasted stale).

the staff was friendly they were happy to assist the room was clean i had a wonderful ensuite room. the room offered a wonderful view to north bay i really enjoyed it. the area felt nice and quiet it had lots of amenities around there were bus stops close by.

Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable! He gave me lots of useful information. The location was perfect for using public transport. The hotel was very clean, which I really appreciated.
The room was quite small. the bedding was stained and needed replacing. The decor needed some updating, I thought.
