wide variety delicious options friendly staff
i found the breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options i enjoyed the cleanliness of my room also the friendly staff made my stay more pleasant the hotel is close to the station and shops which i appreciated.

efficient check-in central location many options clear staff
i arrived late, yet the check-in was efficient. the location proved central, with access. the breakfast had many options. the staff answered my questions clearly and directly.
the room was rather small.

the location is very convenient. it is close to transport lines. breakfast had lots of variety (i especially enjoyed the restaurant). the room was nice and cozy.
check-in was very slow when i arrived. i had to wait quite a long time. i booked a specific room and the description did not state it had no windows. also, there were no toilets available in the public area.

Adequate Stay with Disappointing Room Conditions
constant banging unclean room
The room felt old and unclean, unlike other rooms. Every seven seconds, there was a structural banging noise, and this disturbed my sleep quite a lot. A chambermaid tried to enter my room when I was checking out. I did not understand this, since it was my departure day and I had not checked out yet.

The location was good, right by the central station. Breakfast was fine too.
My room was like a ship cabin, with no storage at all. I stayed four nights, and living out of my suitcase was not ideal.
