the room was very spacious and had everything i needed. the toiletries supplied had an amazing smell. i didn't even feel the need to use my own products. the keyless entry to the building and rooms was faultless and secure.
i noticed dustbins were not cleaned daily without a specific request

the location was GREAT. it was very close to shopping and the train station. the hotel included extras to use , such as an electric adapter and water bottles.
the absence of staff or a reception caused concern about security, as people entered randomly through the front door.

well thought out roomslow response
the room layout felt well thought out, and i liked the extras like the yoga mat and artisan coffee.
There was no kettle in the room, disappointing. Especially since i wasn't feeling well and wanted hot tea. customer service took days to respond to my request about it. I wish they would have told me about it before i arrived so i could cancel.

the room had a gym pass. i also had access to free laundry, which I found very useful. there were Nice touches, like tea and coffee.
the electronic entry codes into the building and the room were mostly fine, but it took a LITTLE getting used to at first.

The room was very clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable. The location is great, very central. Check-in and check-out are simple. The company are contacted easily, if needed.
The fragrance sticks in the room smelled too powerful after some time and caused a slight headache.

the location near the station was convenient. check-in was easy.
the room was quite hot , and i could not open the window since i was on the ground floor. there was a restaurant hvac unit outside , so it smelled bad. the hotel could not move us or offer a refund , and they had no fans available.
