The location was definitely a highlight. Grocery stores were just a short walk from the hotel (about 1-2 minutes). A fridge and kettle were provided in the room along with cups and coffee and tea. I also appreciated the heavy curtains, they blocked out the sunlight for a good sleep.

I noticed that the shower curtain allowed water to spill onto the bathroom floor. No matter the angle, the water spread across the floor. This made using the toilet afterwards a bit uncomfortable.

Staff helped me get a taxi using their app, quite helpful (particularly when I was in a hurry). I found this to be very useful and quick, especially with my limited local language skills.

This hotel had a REALLY great location. It was very close to the historic city center. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The daily room service kept everything clean.

The dispensers with soap in the shower were not working, a minor inconvenience. When I informed the receptionist, he said that sometimes they did not work. He did not even ask for my room number or offer any solution.

I found several strands of hair on the bedsheets upon arrival. I found this unhygienic and off-putting. also, the shower temperature was inconsistent. I struggled to maintain a steady, comfortable water temperature.
