Central Stay with Modern Amenities

I appreciated the central location, it was easy to walk from the train station. The city attractions were also within walking distance. My room included a hairdryer and hair straighteners. This was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were modern.
The lack of signage made it difficult to find initially.

The room was very clean, equipped with a comfortable and firm bed. There were also plentiful towels and a tv. great hot water, it was an ideal setup for relaxation after exploring the city.

The communal kitchen included tea, coffee, and milk and biscuits. A washing machine was also available. These facilities added significant convenience, especially for longer stays. It was really well thought out.

I found the staff very friendly. They were available and helpful. the shared kitchen included a large refrigerator, convenient. i also appreciated having access to an extra bathroom with a bath, a nice bonus for a longer stay.
i was told the window was double glazed. it provided no real respite from street noise. the noise from nearby pubs, people shouting, and early morning refuse lorries made sleep difficult. i found earplugs provided, but they weren't very effective.

convenient central stay
excellent location shared kitchen security entry
the location is excellent, right off the royal mile and a short walk from the train station. there is a shared kitchen available and an additional bathroom with a bath (a great bonus). i found the kitchen nice with a big table and additional appliances. shaheen met me on arrival to show me the security entry process.
the street noise at night was noticeable, particularly from nearby pubs.

the owner met me to hand over the keys, she explained every detail. the accommodation had a super clean appearance, and there were toothbrushes in sealed packets. a short walk takes you to the royal mile, it offers convenience.
On arrival, i observed the building had no clear signage. It displayed a number on a busy street. identifying the correct entrance proved difficult, as there was no clear indication it was the hotel. it somewhat reminded me of a self-serve situation.
