adequate for a short stay
nice lady front desk early check-in close transport stuffy room internet failure stained pillow
the front desk lady was super nice! she expedited my room, so i could check in early. it was a good stay, pretty quiet, and public transport was close by. the bathroom was clean too!
The room was quite stuffy, though i was on the ground floor, so i felt uneasy leaving the window open. the internet connection failed on a day i needed to speak to a client. i also saw a stain on one of the pillows. Ugh!

Excellent Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
skylight window easy access perfect location warm welcome
The staff welcomed me warmly. They explained the skylight window operation thoroughly. The provided keycard allowed easy access to both the hotel and my room. The location is perfect for accessing Leith's various restaurants and bars!!!
The entrance code I initially received was incorrect. This caused a minor delay upon my arrival.

charming find close to the tram
great room comfortable room clean room perfect location
the rooms were really great. it was comfortable, very clean and i felt safe. the location proved perfect for me, situated in a newer area of the city. i found myself just two minutes from the tram station, a real plus.
i noticed the bathroom bins were not cleaned thoroughly, giving an unhygienic impression. i left the room quickly

the front desk staff expedited my room. i checked in early and the location was near public transport.

I found public transport easily accessible, shops close by. staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive . the neighborhood was also very peaceful. I liked that. the room provided good value.

The room was super clean and spacious. i found the staff very friendly and helpful with local tips. the shower had great water pressure. It was quite refreshing!!!

crammed room below street level
the room i booked? total letdown. first off, it reminded me of a dungeon since it was below street level. then, the room crammed, barely space to breathe, moving around was a strategic exercise. it's a shame because i expect, you know, actual room, not a closet.
