the front desk lady was super nice! she expedited my room, so i could check in early. it was a good stay, pretty quiet, and public transport was close by. the bathroom was clean too!
The room was quite stuffy, though i was on the ground floor, so i felt uneasy leaving the window open. the internet connection failed on a day i needed to speak to a client. i also saw a stain on one of the pillows. Ugh!

The staff welcomed me warmly. They explained the skylight window operation thoroughly. The provided keycard allowed easy access to both the hotel and my room. The location is perfect for accessing Leith's various restaurants and bars!!!
The entrance code I initially received was incorrect. This caused a minor delay upon my arrival.

the rooms were really great. it was comfortable, very clean and i felt safe. the location proved perfect for me, situated in a newer area of the city. i found myself just two minutes from the tram station, a real plus.
i noticed the bathroom bins were not cleaned thoroughly, giving an unhygienic impression. i left the room quickly

the room i booked? total letdown. first off, it was like a dungeon since it was below street level. then, the room crammed, barely space to breathe, moving around was a strategic exercise. it's a shame because i expect, you know, actual room, not a closet.
