fluctuating shower temperaturepoor soundproofing
I found a couple of things disappointing. The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit. It was hard to get a consistent warm setting. the soundproofing wasn't the best, I could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms (especially when people were using the corridor).
