constant noise small room
the breakfast was acceptable , nothing special but decent enough.
the noise from the street kept me up at night , it was constant and loud. the room was small and not very clean , i saw some stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn't super clean. the window didn't close properly, i felt a draft.

delicious breakfast great location hot room uncomfortable sleep
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was included, and the waitress was superb. The location was great. It was not far from Kensal Green station.
The room got very hot, and I couldn't sleep the whole night. I also didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the window opened, as it overlooked the pub garden and a staircase.

a VERY pleasant stay
high quality breakfast spacious room
the breakfast included many choices and was of really good quality. staff were polite and attentive, from check-in through breakfast service.. i also appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. it was a very restful experience.

the breakfast was really good with top quality ingredients. it was freshly cooked and beautifully served, i appreciate that. the staff was very cute, and i liked the generous check-in and check-out times.
the room was very hot and i couldn't sleep. it was overlooking a garden, but there was a staircase outside my window.

a tender night
lovely staff quiet room needed water
i felt so unwell but the staff were really lovely. they got me water when i asked for it. the room it was quiet even if it faced a road.
i never figured out how to handle checkout. i left the key at reception because my flight left early.

The breakfast included fresh, high-quality ingredients. it was good. the staff was very friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The bus stop was just outside.
My room felt a bit outdated. the small sink in the bathroom made it difficult to use. the parking situation was problematic. Street parking was mostly reserved for residents, and i could not secure any spot.
