Staff ensured a slightly late breakfast was accommodated due to unforeseen circumstances. A friendly young lady served at the bar. Her service was notably excellent. She seemed genuinely interested in the guests.

The hotel is very close to shops and bars. It is also near the city wall entrance. The location provides convenient access to many attractions. It is situated just outside the wall near the Minster.

twin beds loud plumbing
The double room I booked actually featured two single beds shoved together. It was not what I expected. The plumbing made sounds like someone dumped buckets of water in the bathroom. This occurred through the night.

The staff were cute when I arrived. Breakfast had a good variety of options! The location is really close to the train station. All points of interest were within walking distance
The stairwell carpets looked dirty, which did not give a good first impression. I noticed some net curtains on the stairwell were filthy. I thought that the carpets were not vacuumed.
