I really appreciated the convenient location. It was so easy to walk to many attractions. a tesco express nearby was also super handy for snacks. the room was warm and cosy and it had a big window for fresh air. the bed was comfortable, and i had a good night's sleep.
The stairs were very narrow. It was difficult to manage them with luggage.

The hotel is near many cafes, bars and restaurants. it is very easy to walk to the city's attractions, and there is a bus stop nearby. It's convenient. the minster is a short walk.

Self check-in and check-out were very easy to manage! the kettle was clean, and it worked very well. It heated water quickly. the room has three mains plug sockets, a double on each side of the bed and one near the kettle.

The room included clean towels and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean. The shower has a really good flow. there were blinds and curtains to block out light, so that helped sleep. the room was warm

Fantastic Location!

The location proved amazing! I had a short walk to the city center and the Minster. Check-in and check-out were straightforward! The shower was really lovely, and the bed offered great comfort.
I noticed the stairs were very narrow, and the bannisters felt a bit wobbly. I wished they were more secure.

I found the room quite cosy! It was also very close to the city centre. This location is on a great street. Everything I needed was right there, including a pub, cafe, and Tesco Express. I would definitely stay again.
On arrival, the smell of dog was too much. Our room didn't smell at first, but it gradually started to as the weekend progressed. There was only one tiny towel each, no hand towels.

The staff ensured clear communication with things needed on arrival and parking sites. I had easy access to the city centre, tourist spots, and the train station. Communication with staff was good.

The room offered tea and coffee, great! I also appreciated the top-ups in the hallway. There was plenty of natural light, but with a blind and curtains for the morning.

the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to attractions. the room was clean, and the shower was good (i really enjoyed it). tea and coffee making facilities were useful.
the stairs inside were very steep and narrow. i felt a large amount of laundry left at the entrance hall was unsightly. no proper surface was available on which to prepare drinks.
