The noise levels was very high. The band played late into the night, it disrupt my sleep. The bathroom was in need of repair. There was no shelf space for toiletries in the shower.

cozy stay!
smooth processfriendly staffworn carpets
the check-in process was smooth. daniella greeted me warmly and showed me to my room. i had parking very close by.. it was easy to access. the staff were really friendly and helpful indeed.
the stairs leading up to the room looked worn. the carpets had stains and the walls had some scuffs. i hope they address this soon.

The carvery is fantastic value. a smaller portion for children is available at a lower price. the pub offers an app called remy. It gives points for every pound spent, redeemable for free food and drink.

staff demonstrated helpfulness . one team member were pretty good too ensure a pleasant experience. the team provides excellent service and makes sure the stay is pleasant.

the room included a fan. the fan was efficient during the summer season. it kept the room cool and comfortable. clean towels and bed sheets were provided.

The check-in experience was seamless and the welcome from the staff was warm. The room was super clean and cozy. The location is convenient, with a public car park just a short walk away and free overnight parking. The staff were very good.
The TV was a standard model and did not offer streaming services.
