the carpet was stained. it really detracted from the room's cleanliness, and i found that disappointing. the breakfast selection felt limited? i expected more variety, particularly with fresh options. it just wasn't as satisfying as i hoped it would be, even the full english WAS very heavy.

I found a serious drawback. The mattress was far too firm. It made it really difficult to get comfortable. Another thing, the room size proved smaller than expected. The limited space was a slight inconvenience. It was difficult to fully relax in such a confined area.

Fantastic seafront stay!

I stayed in a REALLY spacious and clean room. Breakfast included a nice variety of options. The location is perfect. It is opposite the beach, so that was great! I appreciated the short walk from the railway station (super convenient).

The street below can get a LITTLE noisy, especially in rooms facing the sea.

Breakfast was provided and featured a good selection of items. There was free, but limited, parking available (you just need to ask). A mini-fridge was included in the room, which I FOUND handy.

The host was very helpful AND accommodating throughout my stay. I felt welcome. The owner was friendly and approachable (it's always a plus!). The owners took very good care of all guests.

The location is ideal. It is right on the esplanade across from the beach. This guesthouse is situated in a period building on the seafront. The hotel allows easy walking distance to the town centre and restaurants.

The room was large and spacious with two windows. The room had a balcony overlooking the sea. The rooms were very clean, and waking up to that sea view was amazing (i loved it!).
