the hotel was very clean i noticed the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions i found the room temperature perfectly regulated for a comfortable experience the bed was so comfy. the room offered nice pillows for a good rest

The second night was not as good as the first. Several times people banged on the main door at late hours. The room above mine played loud music from speakers and kept the hotel awake. The hotel should have night staff to handle these weekend issues. I feel like the score should be lower.

The location is great, a quick stroll to the promenade. I found the room very comfy and tidy, a true haven after a day of seaside fun. Staff was friendly and cute. Their smiles added warmth to the stay.
The room lacked cups for the kettle, so I could not brew tea in the room, which, I must admit, was a small disappointment.

i appreciated the helpful workers a lot. they assisted me in sorting out my internet on my phone so i could work. they let me check in early, and i felt okay all time in the house! the room was so clean and super clean.
the bar area wasn't great. there were no cups for the kettle in our room, even though there was tea, coffee and milk
