A pleasant stay

the room had a comfy bed and fluffy towels. it also included a welcome chocolate (such a treat!). breakfast offered a great selection of tasty food. the staff was always cheery and happy to help with any requests.
i found one sweet wrapper on the floor when i first entered the room. (it was a very minor issue though!)

The hosts were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious (especially the fried bread!). The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions.
The cleaning had a very strong smell of bleach.

The breakfast was very good. Especially, the fried bread was delicious. The location was great. It was walking distance to everything.
I noticed scuffed paintwork on a boxed-in area next to the bed. This area housed a boiler. The bathroom was small, and the shower step made it tight. I couldn't get the key to work in the main front door one night.
