The location proved great. It offered close proximity to the station and the sea. The room felt clean and it was comfy. The bonus was the affordability of a pint.
The noise levels affected the stay, I could hear everything from inside the pub. There was little noise cancellation. Because the room was warm, opening the window increased the loudness from outside.

the location was very central for getting around town
noise from the pub below was a major issue i could hear everything the single glazed windows did little to block out sound i found it hard to sleep before the pub closed outside noise was also a problem

the location was perfect. less than a 5 min walk from the beach and other attractions, i found the owner lovely. he was very helpful.
the bed was broken, and the shower was also broken. it was noisy with banging all hours of the night to early morning, i woke up. the kitchen that was there was off limits i couldn't warm my baby bottles.

The room had everything i needed. It was really good for the price. i stayed for six nights and had no issues. the location is perfect. it is really close to the town and beach front, but also tucked out of the way.
the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. there was still toothpaste in sink from previous guests. the shower leaked. it furred up with limescale. i went and bought limescale remover so i could get a decent enough shower.
