mixed experience, small room, socket issue
small double roomlimited sockets
The double room felt quite cramped. the en suite had a tiny basin in the bedroom, not ideal at all. there was only one triple plug socket. That was not enough with all the chargers needed. the dated room could use some updating. More sockets are necessary.

maddie and john gave a warm welcome. rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very clean. we had a family room. it had all the amenities we needed. breakfast had a choice of cereals. the english breakfast, included toast. juices and tea and coffee were available.
the double room was very small. the en suite basin was tiny. it only had one triple plug socket, that wasn't enough. everything needs a charger these days.

The hosts provided constant reassurance. Nothing was too much trouble. john even took time to help my daughter play the guitar, a nice touch. i appreciate their willingness to assist.

The breakfast was okay. Nothing especially amazing, but it sufficed.
The room size was a HUGE disappointment. It felt cramped and lacked space to move around comfortably. The single triple plug socket in the bedroom was ridiculous given today's tech needs. The dated decor screamed for an update, and the absence of bedside lights was irritating. I had to choose between total darkness or glaring overhead light.

lovely stay, really good service

i found the room clean and fresh. breakfast was wonderful, everything i needed before i started my journey home. the hotel felt very comfortable and relaxing it also felt warm and cute. maddie and john are amazing hosts
the double room was quite small, and the ensuite basin felt tiny. there was only one triple plug socket, i needed more for all my chargers.

breakfast had lots of options and fuelled me for the day ahead. i enjoyed an omelette the chef specially prepared for me and also homemade american pancakes, they were delicious.
