the staff seemed nice and approachable. the location was also great with convenient access to nearby attractions. i found a working tv in my room. there was also a good amount of storage space.
The bathroom doors lacked privacy, a concern. i think the hotel needs updating. It felt quite old-fashioned. i also noticed a broken window in the front door.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to Coral Island and the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a good heater. It was already on when I checked in, so the room was warm.
The shared toilet door was broken. I could not lock it. This situation affected privacy and security, it made me uncomfortable. I believe that repairing the door should be a priority to enhance the experience.

missing microwaveweak water pressure
The place advertised a microwave, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the room. The general cleanliness was questionable. I noticed stains on the carpet and the bathroom mirror had marks. it. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It swung from cold to scalding without much control. The water pressure was very weak. This made showering inefficient.
