i found the room quite spacious and clean everything was tidy and prepared for my arrival the house manager greeted me warmly and assisted me with the television ensuring i could relax and enjoy my time there the cleanliness impressed me i thoroughly enjoyed my visit
the radiator made loud noises throughout the night this disturbance prevented me from getting a restful sleep i suggest the radiator in room 10 is checked to improve future guests' experiences

The ground floor apartment accommodated my family. it reminded me of home. the kitchen had all equipment needed. two bathrooms were available. I did not expect that.
the check-in used a lock box, i wasn't notified beforehand. arriving at the agreed time, there were no staff. on-site.

The room had great amenities. The kitchenette was a big bonus for preparing breakfast. On street parking was FREE (a definite plus!).
The front door to the building remained open on arrival. ANYONE could have entered.
