the staff was super friendly. they even gave me a ride to the train station, very helpful! breakfast was also very delicious, and it started my day off right.

My room was a Superior Double Room River View. The room offered a kettle, coffee, and crème-a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I had private parking right in front of my room. VERY convenient. The walk along the river was great after I checked in.
The room had only one charging port beside the sink. This created a SMALL issue.

I appreciated the complimentary ride to the train station. It really saved time. the indian restaurant had a nice variety of options. the location was great. I could walk to the funicular station. the car park outside was convenient for our rental.
the television in the room would not turn on. it was not a big deal, but slightly disappointing
