The breakfast included many choices in the lovely dining room. I liked the hot food options. the location was central with easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff were helpful, especially when i needed directions.
my room overlooked a busy street so there was some street noise at night.

the staff were excellent!!! the facilities and location were also excellent. breakfast is more than excellent!!! i really enjoyed the common area where we could store our food.
the hotel was very dated. the facilities were poor. the shower door didn't open from inside, so i got stuck in the shower. the room was very hot with an air conditioning unit for cooling, but i had to keep the patio door wide open.

the hotel is not too far from the interlaken west station, approximately half a mile. the proximity allows for easy access to trains. this makes exploring the surrounding areas simple.

the hotel provides complimentary local bus travel tickets. the hotel is close to a good bakery with tempting pastries. a shared kitchen area has a microwave cutlery and snacks i liked it. the hotel offers a nice lounge with a kettle where guests can heat food.
the shower had a door that was hard to open from inside i was briefly stuck. the room felt quite hot so i had to leave the patio door open to cool it down. the bed was near the wall making it difficult to access.

the breakfast buffet includes a variety of options. the breakfast includes eggs cold cuts breads and fruits. i found the breakfast had good yogurt and was generally ok with many choices.

The hotel's location was IDEAL I had easy access to both stations shops and restaurants plus other places of interest. Breakfast was very good with lots of food and drink choices in the dining room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was VERY attentive and helpful . They were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or provide information. Check-in was also easy.
