The hotel is very central, a GREAT location! The room was perfectly spacious for three single beds, exactly as advertised. I liked the fact that my room was located next to the front door.
The wifi reception was not stable.

The residence is near the train station. The room was large. I appreciated having tea and coffee available in the room. The bed was comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. I also liked that I was informed about all details prior to my arrival (very well organised).
The pillows. well, I found them a little uncomfortable.

Check-in was straightforward with keys accessible via a key box. I easily obtained the code prior to my visit and accessed the room without assistance. Communication was effective.

The room was clean. I appreciated the provided coffee making facilities. The location was excellent (near the Tattoo venue).
I found the procedure for getting in confusing. Clearer instructions would really help. There was no toilet brush. The towels were not supplied immediately upon arrival.

The location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. It was a short walk to the bus station, providing convenient transportation to the city center. I found it very easy to carry luggage to my ground floor room. The accommodation included essential amenities for my family.
I noticed dust in corners and a used tampon behind one of the beds. During my three-day stay, there was no warm water in the shower or sink. Based on other reviews, it seems the owner intentionally turns off the warm water.

The hotel offered basic breakfast items including coffee and tea. There was also a microwave available for heating food and a boiling water machine to make hot drinks. High ceilings are present in the building.
