a cozy stay near the city center
iron railings friendly staff helpful direction old building
i found beautiful iron railings. high ceilings added to the historical charm. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. they even provided a map with directions, which i appreciated. the lack of air conditioning was a slight issue. but it's understandable in such an old building. the building's architecture is gorgeous.
the sink drained a little slowly in my bathroom, but it was a minor inconvenience.

the staff were friendly and helpful! the location was perfect, a quiet area with easy access to the tram system. i really appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available right in the room.

friendly staff clean room comfortable room
the staff was amazing and super friendly. i was able to leave my bags there before check-in, and when i returned, they had been placed in my room. i had a very very comfy and tidy room.
the carpet had a couple of stains, but it really wasn't a big deal.

i found the staff very accommodating. they gave several recommendations for local dining. the hotel location is near dean village , a great area for a walk. my room had shutters , and i liked this design detail.
the pillow smelled a little odd , like it needed freshening. a new pillow would completely fix this.
