A Warm Stay in a Great Spot
helpful service breakfast choices easy access convenient transport
The staff provided friendly, helpful service. Breakfast included many choices. The hotel location allowed easy access to restaurants and shops. The tram line nearby allowed convenient transport around the area.
The hotel's decor felt a little dated.

fantastic stay in the heart of everything!
helpful staff breakfast box amazing location
i loved how helpful the staff were! they even packed a breakfast box for my early departure, without me asking. the location was amazing! it made exploring the local culture, bars, churches, museums, and even the christmas market so easy and enjoyable.
the noise from the street was a bit much on friday night! it kept me awake until 5am. without air-conditioning, i had to keep the windows open.

the reception staff was available 24/7, addressing my queries promptly. they offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a very useful service. i even got help with printing some documents at the business center.

my room included a tv with satellite channels. the bathroom was spacious, with a shower and complimentary toiletries. i found an electric kettle and tea and coffee making facilities too, amazing!

perfect location friendly staff excellent shower street noise no air-conditioning worn carpet
the location was just perfect for my getaway. the staff was so friendly. the ensuite shower was excellent!!!
i found lots of noise from the street one night and i couldn't sleep until 5am. there was no air-conditioning, so i kept the windows open, very warm. the carpets looked worn.

dated room limited breakfast selection
The staff were courteous and efficient. My room was super clean and well-equipped.
I found my room quite dated and not cleaned perfectly (especially under the bed). the breakfast selection also disappointed me. I didn't see any pastries or homemade cakes. it made the start to the day less enjoyable.
