The location is amazing. It's very close to the subway , made exploring easy. Staff were attentive and quick.. I found them helpful. I appreciated the clean environment and comfy pajamas.
The room felt quite small. It was a bit difficult to move around comfortably with luggage.

the hotel is right next to a supermarket, super handy for getting snacks. also, the metro line is very close! it's just one stop to interchange at the main station. the comfy beds ensured i had good rest after exploring.
the room was a bit small, making it slightly tricky to move around with luggage.

the staff were really helpful and friendly, they assisted me promptly with all my questions! the check-in process was smooth and efficient, i didn't encounter any delays, and all interactions were handled with care.

Charming Stay Near Yodoyabashi Station

The location was excellent. I found a supermarket next to the hotel! and the subway station was also just next door! there was a Family Mart adjacent to the hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were easy to manage, and the staff were both polite and helpful.
The room air conditioning did not work properly. This made the room too warm. I also noticed that the room wasn't cleaned nor were towels changed even with the 'clean room' sign displayed on the door.

the hotel is near the midosuji line. this made travel very convenient. there is a grocery store located downstairs. i found a family mart across the street as well. the smart lounge is great for enjoying meals from the store.
the washer dryers are in a small closet in the basement. the machines do not dry clothes well. i had to use one of the machines for over three hours to get them remotely dry. this was inconvenient and time consuming.

Small rooms and smoke smell

The first room I got, room 310, reeked of old smoke. I went back to reception and they moved me. They said there were no other rooms available. The new room, 307, also reeked of old smoke. After staying for five nights, all my clothes and hair also smelled like smoke. The bathroom wasn't clean, and a gap between the shower and the wall caused a moldy smell.
