thin walls glass walls
The walls were thin. I heard everything my neighbors did. the toilet and shower areas inside the room have glass walls! there's virtually no privacy at all. this, and i was like i couldn't relax at all.

This hotel is in a safe location. There are good restaurants around the area, I liked this. The staff were efficient with every request, a bonus. I appreciated that the pool was always clean.
The room are small. There is limited space for luggage.

The staff was helpful. They answered all my questions. I appreciated the airport transfer. It was prompt and convenient. The location offered easy access to many restaurants and shops (which saved time!). The pool was great.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and I could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly fulfilling requests. The check-in process was fast and efficient. I waited less than five minutes. They always accommodated me whenever I had a question. I am grateful.
