The staff were very helpful. i received an upgrade upon checking in. the room was complete. It had slippers and toiletries like toothbrushes. the cleanliness was quite nice.
the carpet on the floors smelled old. i also felt it was all about money, not about the guests. they constantly asked me to fill out google forms.

the location near edsa meant getting around was simple. the staff were always available and ready to help with directions and taxis. i especially liked the complimentary breakfast that started my day. the room was clean and well kept with comfy beds.

the room was super clean and organized the beds was like sleeping on clouds so comfy the staff members were always smiling and ready to help i was like a vip the location rocks you can easily hop to shops and the sm mall of asia is just around the corner too
the hallways could use a little love the carpets looked a bit worn i think a refresh would make things even better
