i appreciated the hotel's proximity to mall of asia. it was easy to walk there for shopping and dining. the security personnel were visible and helpful. grab drivers found the lobby easily for pickups.
the hallway had some cracked tiles that need repair

I appreciated the convenient location near key areas. I felt safe with police patrols. staff were friendly. Check-in was quick. there is also a café in the lobby. food at the café was good overall.
the building needs some repairs. i saw a few cracked tiles in the hallway.

The location offers convenient access to various dining options. I found several restaurants nearby. the helpful staff arranged smooth airport transportation. my room included a microwave, a kitchen sink, and a fridge. It was VERY practical.
the breakfast variety was limited, not offering many fruit options.

the location was really convenient. it was close to major shopping malls. the staff were nice, very helpful and polite. they cleaned the room everyday.
i had to wait a long time to check in. there was also noise from the street inside my room. there wasn't any soundproofing. i heard honking all night.
