helpful staffquality linensshort walk
check in was easy and the staff was helpful i found quality linens in my room the towels were also good there was lots of tea and coffee available there was also a great shower in the room. the location is very close to the train station it is only a short walk it is also within walking distance to the city center which is a huge plus. the building felt historical and charming the refurbishment seemed very thorough everything inside looked clean they even managed to add useful modern features.
the road outside was quite busy and i had some difficulty sleeping

I found convenient free parking available. The location provided excellent access to town. I especially liked the friendly and helpful staff, who made check-in simple and quick.
The street outside was somewhat noisy, especially in the morning. This made sleeping with the window open difficult.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities with biscoff biscuits. Bottled water was provided each day, which I appreciated after long days exploring. The shower was powerful and hot.

The staff offered a friendly welcome, and showed me the room. They explained all facilities and procedures clearly. They were happy to chat about local attractions. This helped me to plan my days.

Free parking was available on site, this was very convenient. A pub operated downstairs, but it was not excessively noisy. Access to the main shopping street was about ten minutes away by walking.

the mattresses seemed of poor quality. i think an urgent replacement would enhance the experience. the stairs leading to the rooms lacked light. it was easy to fall because the street seemed too dark.

the room had air conditioning, it cooled down quickly. a mini fridge was also available in the room. sound proofing kept it very quiet, even near the road.
the bed under the window had a slant, making it difficult to sleep.
