the hotel is located conveniently near the eurotunnel terminal offering easy access to transportation routes. i enjoyed a really good dinner at the hotel the vegetables were prepared and served in a unique way. the bed was very comfortable providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel.

the location near the seafront proved EXCELLENT. the hotel provided plenty of car parking space and i found that very practical.
i noticed some woodwork outside the building needs some maintenance, it looked tired.

the breakfast was good enough.
my room was quite disappointing. there was no way to fully close the blinds, so the room was bright early in the morning. i also discovered there was no internal lock on the door, so i felt a little uneasy.

a very mixed experience
missing lockbroken blinds
the hotel lacked staff presence upon arrival i rang the bell several times with no immediate response a staff member looked only by chance this was concerning the room also had issues there was no internal lock on the door and no way to adjust the blinds i found this frustrating as it impacted privacy and sleep quality

The hotel's proximity to the Eurotunnel terminal was convenient. Off-road parking was available. I found dinner and breakfast to be of good quality. The staff extended a friendly welcome, which I appreciated after a long drive.

The room I occupied was spacious and clean. Tea and coffee-making facilities were available in the room. This was essential for me, especially for my coffee. Plenty of hot water was available for showers.
