the staff were amazing and helpful. the guy checked me in. he helped with bags and kept me right with parking etc. the host was always active to reply to calls and texts when needed. the room was very clean and had everything i needed for my stay.

The kettle had limescale, or something similar, inside. It made it appear unhygienic.

the host, ash, was very lovely. he was always friendly and very helpful. he said i could ring him half an hour before i returned, and he ensured the room was ready. the room was spotlessly clean and very neat. it provided everything needed for my short stay, even a mini fan.

i was put in a room which was to be a single room with a queen size bed. it wasnt overly comfortable, but i was alone. in the morning, i mentioned it, and was immediately moved to a double room. however, i did not find the initial smaller room satisfactory for the price i paid.

the host was very cute. the location was excellent for walking into the centre.

The area looked awful when driving up. it was all boarded up, and i didn't feel safe leaving my car outside. the hotel smelled musky. I also detected a dampness and a smell of weed. the wifi did not work in my room, difficult to work.
