voicemail problem faulty shower

the location was okay and having a parking permit was actually quite helpful.

check-in was not smooth at all. i received a text with a key code for the building, but not for the room itself. i tried calling the provided number several times, but it went straight to voicemail, and no one bothered to call back. plus, the shower was faulty, and the lever just fell right off!!!

The room HAD a pretty big living space. There was Netflix on the TV which was GOOD. The location IS perfect.

CHECK-IN was via a text. It gave me a key code to enter the building, but unfortunately did not give me the code for the room. I tried calling the number provided several times but it kept going to voicemail and nobody called me back.

the room was immaculate. the location was handy as it was a short walk into town. parking was available on the road outside and i was provided with a display disc.

very basic tv channels were available, with no option to watch films.

central location notable cleanliness comfortable bed thoughtful facilities

i appreciated the convenient location near the town center the cleanliness was notable i found the bed comfortable it ensured a restful night's sleep tea and coffee making facilities were a thoughtful addition the shower worked very well.

the tv offered only basic channels and i did not have an option to watch films

good location, some minor hiccups

easy check missing code

check in happened via text with a key code for the building. the code for the room itself was missing. i managed to find another number and get the code eventually.

the room i had was way too hot, even with the heating off. i was told it was next to the boiler and nothing could be done besides opening a window. the window barely helped though.

My room had a very comfortable bed. Bedding was of good quality. There was sufficient cupboard space and tea and coffee.

My arrival was not easy. I attempted to get the key codes, but the owner said he did not have the information and was going to a meeting. There was a stain on one of the blankets.

the room provided tea, coffee, and a kettle. it was clean. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was a decent size and had toiletries.

Accessing my key was not easy at all. I had to use an alternative number to get the code.
