The staff were really helpful i spoke to a lovely woman at check-in she knew lots about parking nearby. And she was very cheerful and friendly!
the toilet didn't flush well and i needed to pour lots of water down it. the ceiling was low i bumped my head a few times. the shower leaked onto the floor and the baseboard looked like it might have mold.

the location is close to the ferry terminal and train station. I found it easy to drop off luggage early and return late. the breakfast included both continental and cooked options. the staff seemed cheerful and efficient
the bar area outside caused some noise late into the night.

the staff were helpful in storing our bikes. i received excellent service and the staff addressed all my concerns promptly. they seemed dedicated and provided immediate support when i needed assistance.

the room had a cosy bed and pillows. it also included a jug for tea making and tea and coffee. the room and bathroom were very clean with good amenities provided for a comfortable stay. i found everything i needed.
