The television in the room did not work . I could also hear a lot of noise from the plumbing. The sound insulation between the bedrooms was poor , disturbing my sleep.

i appreciated the friendly STAFF. breakfast had a large selection of meat, cheese, yogurt, and fruits. the location is near the ferry port which was convenient. parking on-site was a definite plus FOR me.
sound insulation between bedrooms COULD have been better, i could hear the neighbors.

the host WAS very helpful and provided USEFUL information about the area, furthermore, staff members addressed my concerns QUICKLY, they were polite and professional in their interactions, i found this to be very admirable.

continental breakfast cost £5, it included a GOOD choice of food. there were many fresh fruit options AND also meat with cheese available. yogurt was provided, i think this is very nice.

This location is a short walk from the town AND the ferry. its easy to EXPLORE the surrounding area by foot. nearby attractions are accessible by car. It takes approximately 5 minutes, i think this is ideal.

the location was good for walking into town.
the tv remote did not work properly. staff tried to help, but we were not able to view the bbc. it was quite annoying.

the location is central, close to the train station, ferry, and city center. the continental breakfast (especially with a good range of yogurt and fruit) was worth the money. i was allowed early check-in, appreciated.
the tv remote wasn't fully functional.

the breakfast selection offered fresh fruit and catered to various tastes. i also found the parking available directly in front of the building very convenient.
