i found the hotel just a short walk from the seafront, very convenient! the proximity to the beach and amusements like the pier and pleasure beach rides was great, it made exploring the area easy. the staff were helpful, and they were available 24/7 which i appreciated. i will definitely return!

The shower was awful. water trickled out with almost no pressure. I practically had to hug the wall to get wet. the room's window also had a noticeable gap at the bottom, letting in a cold draft (not great in the current weather).

I totally loved the super friendly staff. They were so helpful! the room was also very clean. I especially liked the tea and coffee making facilities! the decor was fresh. the bed was comfy!
the kettle didn't work, a bit annoying when i wanted a quick cuppa.

the staff are really friendly. i found jackie and les at reception to be very helpful and cute. they were definitely very warming towards the guests and could not do enough for anyone.
the rooms are simple though everything is there.

the room was clean. i found crisp, white sheets on a well-made bed, it felt so inviting. the receptionist was helpful, ready to assist with anything i needed.
the building looks tired, it requires some tlc to bring it back to a decent standard.
