helpful staff clean bedding ideal location
the staff were very helpful and chatty. my room was clean and included white bedding. i found the location ideal for the seafront.
the smoke alarm went off for several hours on my last night, but nobody addressed it.

smart bar area cute staff delicious food
The hotel had a really smart bar area, and the bartender made amazing cocktails. The staff lined up to greet guests arriving for dinner, which i found very cute. The starter and dessert were served directly to me, and i enjoyed a carvery-style main course. The food was EXCELLENT!!!
I noticed the corridors, although charming, could benefit from fresh paint.

good size helpful staff decorative pillow rain shower
the room was clean. the bathroom had a good size. the staff members were helpful and approachable. the location was close to the beach and other places.
the carpet seemed not hoovered. the decorative pillow had some dirt. the hotel did not provide a detachable shower wand, only a rain shower.

Comfortable Stay with Great Food
comfortable bed large room tea facilities
The double bed was very comfortable and the room was large! The bathroom was also a good size. I found the tea and coffee facilities useful. The location was close to the shops.
The hotel lacked available parking. I had to park several streets away. It was a long walk to the hotel.

The hotel suite included a very large room that was spotlessly clean. The room contained a comfortable double bed, two bedside cabinets, and a wardrobe. there was a desk unit.

cold rooms unavailable breakfast
the outside looked smart and it was well lit at night, it felt warm and cute.
the rooms were cold, there were no spare blankets, and i had to call reception to turn the heating on. i did not sleep very well because of the cold. also, breakfast was unavailable, and there was no bar.

Acceptable, but Several Issues Noted
missing plug uncomfortable beds
The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring a satisfactory stay.
The bathroom lacked a plug, so I could not use the bath. I inquired about this and was told that they did not have any plugs because of plumbing issues. I suspect that it was about the cost of hot water. Beds were uncomfortable and hard. I found them lumpy and worn out.
