the staff was super friendly! they let us leave our bags before check-in, that was awesome. the location is amazing! it's so close to the beach and the promenade.
The room was tiny. It felt really cramped. the bathroom door was broken. shelves were hanging off the wall! it wasn't ideal at all.

The location is certainly convenient. I found the landlord really helpful. The room, bed, and bathroom were clean upon my arrival.
I noticed that no one came to change towels. There was also no topping up of tea and coffee .

The owner was available to let my daughter into the room almost immediately. This service extended past 22:00 on one occasion when she left her key inside. Extra toiletries were provided when requested. No questions were asked.

The hotel is located near shopping areas. It is also close to the beach and the promenade for easy access. The hotel has an excellent view. This is definitely a great plus.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! I was able to leave my bags before check-in, and the location is fantastic, right across from the beach (I love that!). The owner, and the room was nice and neat.
The room decor felt a bit dated, with wallpaper that was starting to peel (but it's alright).

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Staff provided extra toiletries without question and were available to assist immediately, even late at night. It was a pleasant experience!

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the beach. It's also within walking distance of the town center and nearby amusement park. It is so nice to have such a great location.

Although I did not have any meals , the dining room looks beautiful. From the looks of it, all money was spent on that area. I will try the food next time!

the location was close to the beach and the town center was in walking distance a bonus.
the room felt old and dated wallpaper was peeling off i found the headboard on the bed quite filthy i noticed what looked like makeup or possibly blood stains on the bedsheets. the shower also needed a good clean and the room was cold even with the heater provided.
