a mixed experience
inadequate heatingcannabis smell
the building looked quite worn upon arrival the room i was given did not match the photos online the heating was also inadequate it struggled to warm the space effectively i also noticed a distinct smell of cannabis in the hallways the room itself seemed a bit unclean with visible stains and dust.

dave, the manager, greeted me and immediately told me about local parking options. he also shared information about family entertainment. he gave my daughter snacks and offered dvds for us to use in the room. the rooms had new mattresses and were very clean!
the carpet near the top of the stairs felt a bit loose.

a very cute stay
clean roomspersonal touchfriendly staffmissing security
dave was accommodating and were great. he even gave us snacks for my daughter for the bedroom which was a great personal touch. the rooms where very clean and i thought the staff where very friendly. he advised he had a good selection of dvd's we could use.
i found out there was no security on the main front door.

my family room included comfortable beds and fresh linens, i noticed that the television had multiple channels, and the heating unit worked efficiently, i appreciate all the space we had

The hotel offers complimentary snacks upon arrival. That's a nice thing, the bar area is well-stocked with a variety of beverages, and i saw that the hotel provides free wifi access in all rooms, excellent.

The manager made sure my son had plenty of games when we went to the bar. That was very thoughtful of him, the reception staff are available 24/7, and the manager checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy.

the hotel is close to the attractions and this makes it very convenient, local parking is available, however, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and i understand that the hotel is near public transportation hubs.
